We offer start-to-finish construction services; we have contractors, architects, and workers at our disposition to help you build that house of your dreams. Our services include setting up meetings with local builders for interviews, working hand in hand with the builder through the process of making the plans and getting the building permit, and various other services throughout the entire build.

Once you have met with the builder and have the plans and permit ready, we will help you through the more interesting part of the process; the actual construction of your little slice of paradise.

As part of our service we will receive the funds you send down for the construction of your home and pay the contractor in small payments according to the progress of the build. We will also take weekly photos of the progress of the build (and our beautiful weather), and more if needed. We are committed to being your liaison between you and the contractor, helping you build a home that is satisfactory to your desires.
